Reroof

1 – Obtain building permit by submitting all city and county required applications, affidavits, high velocity hurricane zone roofing package, as well as all product approvals as required by the florida building code (FBC).

2 – Tear off, remove and dispose of all existing roof covering in order to expose roof deck as required by the FBC.

3 – Remove and dispose of any rotten wood plank/plywood sheathing and fascia boards as required by the FBC.

4 – Supply and install reinforcing sister joists to roof trusses/rafters as required and as per the FBC.

5 – Supply and install new sheathing and fascia boards as required and as per the FBC.

6 – Renail all new and existing roof deck as required by the FBC.

7 – Supply and install double layer primary water barrier mechanically anchored as required by the FBC.

8 – Supply and install new valley and wall flashing when required and as per the FBC.

9 – Supply and install new dripedge throughout as required by the FBC.

10 – Supply and install secondary water barrier when required and as per the FBC.

11 – Supply and install fire barrier insulation when required and as per the FBC.

12 – Supply and install new shingle/tile or metal roof covering throughout as required by the FBC.
