Barrel Tile Reroof

This project was a successful barrel tile reroof in Delray Beach Florida. We used Westlake Estate Terra Cota concrete roof tiles.

The project consisted of

  • Installed 135 ln. ft. of cedar facia
  • Double layer 30# felt
  • Self-adhered fiberglass reinforced tile underlayment
  • Installed stucco to ~60 ln. ft. of step flashing

Westlake concrete tiles are very popular in Florida, due to their durability and ability to protect the home from high heat temperatures and heavy rains.
