For this project, the homeowner selected Boral Saxony 900 Dark Charcoal Blend flat concrete roof tile. The project included
- Customized flat pitch area to improve drainage.
- Installed 3 skylights
- 130 ln. ft cedar fascia
- Double layer 30# felt
- Self-adhered fiberglass reinforced tile underlayment
- 7” bronze gutters to complete the look and integration with the home.
