This was a metal and flat roofing project installation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our highly qualified team installed this  durable roof, using materials designed for longevity and resilience against the South East Florida’s extreme weather conditions.

• Replaced T&G and Plywood roof decking where required
• Installed 30 pound underlayment felt
• Installed Polystick MTS plus self-adhered high-temp waterproofing underlayment for metal roof
• Installed Corrosion resistant, steel, coated mechanical-lock roof metal panel matte black

The full process of this roof is approximately 30 days from start to finish with  with 4 days of  work.
